Very happy to share Kristin Alfandre Maum & Garrett's wedding film with everyone this Monday morning. We really loved the time we were able to spend with the couple at Mount Hope Plantation House. You can see the excitement and love that both of them have for one another in the moments where they're reading each other's letters to one another. There's nervousness, happiness, and smiles galore.
"It's a cruel world out there and love can be a cruel journey at times, so I want them at any age and at any moment to be able to take this video and be inspired to not give up on love by seeing how much their dad and I love each other and love them." - Lauren, the bride
I'm starting this post off with a quote from the bride that she sent me in one of her first emails to me. Our latest wedding film comes to you from here, at home, in Baton Rouge.
Lauren and Blake had an amazing wedding day; and we're really happy with how everything turned out. Our day started joining Lauren at the Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge for her prep. The light shone through the windows and really provided a gorgeous setting for her, her bridesmaids, and family to get themselves ready for the big night. We were even able to go down on the street so Lauren and her dad could share a special first look with one another.
From here, we met up with Blake and his groomsmen at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church as he finished getting ready for the ceremony. A beautiful homily by the father highlighted a great ceremony that lead to the hopping re...
We're always so blessed to be able to share in the most important day of our couples' lives. Our time with Stacie and Bryan was no exception.
On a beautiful January day we headed over to Crowley as the bride got ready at the Crowley Rice Cottage. This great home provided such a beautiful setting for Stacie and her bridesmaids to get ready, laugh together, and share so many stories reflecting the collective love that everyone has for the couple.
From there we made the quick jaunt to Eunice for the exceptional wedding Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church. The celebrant shared some great insight to the couple flavored with a little levity as well. We're able to highlight a few of Father's comments in the video, and the beauty of the church is...
