!It's always a real treat when we are fortunate enough to get some great speeches to work with that really help tell the story of not only our couple but of their wedding day.
In this case, I thought that Allison's dad's speech really hit all the right notes and served as a great narration to their wedding trailer.Allison got ready at the Lod Cook Alumni Center before meeting Sam down the aisle of St. Aloysius Church.
From there, everyone headed back to Lod Cook for the reception. You can see that there were some nerves but plenty more laughter and smiles as the day continued and Allison and Sam were able to relax and enjoy the festivities.
Thanks so much to the couple for inviting us to share in the day with them. Congrats again!
At the beginning of October, we returned to Thibodaux and the Dansereau House to begin our day with the bride before her wedding. Katie and her bridesmaids made use of the beautiful rooms at the Dansereau house to ready themselves for the night to follow.
From there we hopped in the car and headed to Vacherie for the ceremony. One really special aspect of the ceremony is that Katie and Marcus decided to be married at Our Lady of Peace where exactly thirty-nine years prior, Katie's parents were wed. The church was the perfect setting for the couple to exchange their vows.
Special thanks to Mandy LaCerte for being a great coordinator the day of the wedding and to Rachel Bourgeois and her team for being great partners in capturing the day.
Just last month we headed down to New Orleans on a beautiful Sunday afternoon to film the wedding of Nicole and Chris. The bride and groom were married on the steps of the historic hotel before second lining into the reception. The evening went by quickly as Chris, Nicole, and their guests celebrated.
Congratulations Nicole and Chris!

We had the true pleasure of spending a day with Lauren and James last month and really enjoyed our time getting to know them and capture their big day.
We started the afternoon with both the bride and groom getting ready for the ceremony, and the nervous excitement both of them had was really fun to watch. The rainy day did not dampen the excitement and joy that both the bride and groom radiated as Lauren walked down the aisle at St. Jude Church, here in Baton Rouge.
Once the vows were exchanged, everyone made their way over to the Country Club of Louisiana where they were greeted by a drum and bagpipe marching group who also escorted the bride and groom into the reception. I think you can see in the trailer that all in attendance had a...
